Ingredients: 1-2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 1 cup hot water and honey.
How to make: Boil 1 cup of water and add a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds to it. Let it rest for 5 minutes and add a teaspoon of honey to it. Consume it warm two to three times in a day.

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon haldi, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 glass milk.

Tulsi leaves and black pepper
Ingredients: 10-12 tulsi leaves, a pinch of black pepper, 1 glass of water and honey.
How to make: Boil one glass of water and add tulsi leaves to it. Now simmer the gas for 5 minutes and add a pinch of black pepper to it. Let it be on simmer for 2 minutes and then strain.
Let the solution cool down and then add honey. Consume the concoction warm two to three times in a day.
