  1. Combine 1/2 cup hot—not boiling—water and 1/3 cup oatmeal for two or three minutes,
  2. Mix in 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt after the water and oatmeal have settled
  3. Then mix two tablespoons, honey.
  4. Mix 1 small egg white.
  5. Apply a thin layer of the mask to your face,
  6. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Then rinse with warm water.
