Ingredients: Mustard oil and carom seeds.
How to make: This is one of the easiest home remedies for cold and flu. Take 4-6 tablespoons of mustard oil in a pan and add 1 teaspoon of carom seeds to it. Put this on low flame for 2 minutes.

Ingredients: Milk, honey, turmeric, pepper
How to make: Bring a glass of milk to boil and add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon pepper powder and honey to it. Have it warm.
Honey lemon water

How to make: One of the oldest home remedies, hot water with lemon and honey not only soothes a sore throat but also helps you decongest.
Take 250 ml of hot water and add ½ lemon juice into it. Bring it to a boil and add a teaspoon of honey to it. Consume it warm.
Honey cinnamon paste
Ingredients: Honey and cinnamon
How to make: Take 1 tablespoon of honey and mix 2 pinches of cinnamon powder in it. The paste has proven to ease flu symptoms quickly.
