The most common remedy to treat hangover is by drinking plenty of water. Replace hot and cold beverages with water.

You can also rely on fresh juices. Don’t go for canned or preserved juices and drink a glass of fresh orange juice. The vitamin C content of orange will soothe your hangover effects.

Intake of coffee and other caffeinated beverages should also be avoided. These beverages could further cause dehydration and could worsen your hangover effects.

You can also drink a cup of lemon tea. This remedy is best to treat brutal hangover. Lemon tea helps in flushing out all the toxins from the body.

Another way to treat brutal hangover is by mixing some fresh lemon juice in a glass of cold water.It can even control the level of blood sugar.
