Can Chiropractic therapy fix your bad spine?

Since these ailments can be done away by maintaining a good posture, healers also provide techniques for maintaining a good balance and posture.

3. Manual therapy

This branch of therapy focuses on getting rid of joint aches and stiffness by gradually stretching or massaging the affected area with slow, gentle moves and mobilize the joint problem. The adjustments are done to increase the quality and range of motion in the area being treated.
