Here are five essential oils that you can use when suffering from constipation.
Ginger oil
Widely used in foods to add flavour, ginger has multiple health benefits. It has been part of Chinese and Indian medicine for centuries to treat various stomach related health issues. Ginger oil helps in soothing the stomach and promoting better digestion. It is also known to remove excess gas and promotes easy bowel movement.
Usage: Add two drops of ginger oil in a bucket of hot water and soak a towel in it. Remove the towel and squeeze excess water from it. Lie down comfortably and place the towel directly on the abdomen. After some time massage the abdomen in a clockwise motion for 2 to 3 minutes.
Peppermint oil
