2 DIY bath soak for relief from pain and inflammation

After a long tiring day, all we want is to soak in a tub full of warm water to relax our body. But did you know that if you mix some herbs in your bath, it will help you get relief from pain and inflammation. Herbs are anti-inflammatory in nature and help to get rid of the pain when you are extremely exhausted. A herbal bath is also good for your skin.



Here are 2 DIY herbal bath:

Method 1:

Ingredients:
30 ml dried herb

1 litre water

You can replace the ingredients with Epsom salt and other herbs like Lavender, peppermint, sage, rosemary, and thyme.

How to make it:

-Put water and dried herbs in a pan.

-Boil the water properly.

-Cover the water and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.

-Strain the liquid through a tea strainer.

-Add this tea to a warm bath and soak yourself in it.

Method 2:

Ingredients:

1 litre water

10 ml lavender essential oil or lavender petals

10 ml rose water ow rose petal

10 ml lemon essential oil

How to make it:

-Bring water to a boil, and add all the ingredients in it.

-Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to steep for at least 20 minutes.

-Strain the petals with a tea strainer.

-Add the tea to a warm bath and just relax.

Tips

-Check the temperature of the water before getting into the tub.

-Soak for at least 20 minutes to reap benefits of this bath.
